Julio Luna
Julio is a degree qualified Civil Engineer based in the Turks & Caicos Islands. He has worked for CSE since 2016. He started as a resident engineer for a civil project in Port-au-Prince, Haiti before he moved to Providenciales to work on various projects across the Turks and Caicos Islands. Julio has a contracting background, working on site on a range of projects in the Dominican Republic and BVI. Since joining CSE he has been responsible for site inspections, pre-pour inspections, concrete, earthworks and asphalt quality control monitoring and reporting to ensure our design and advice is followed on site. He also takes part in the civil and structural drafting works at CSE.

CSE are active throughout the Caribbean and Central/Latin American region and frequently travel to other islands and countries for structural surveys, building or pre-fabrication inspections or site visits of ongoing projects.
