Atte Heino is a Director for CSE Ltd based in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Atte, a Chartered Structural Engineer, oversees and coordinates the day-to-day design work and also runs the Providenciales office. Since 2002, he has worked on the civil and structural engineering of small to large scale, private and public projects worldwide. He has vast experience in coordinating and developing designs with clients, architects and other consultants, from the schematic design stages to construction drawings, site inspections and solutions. After a childhood spent in East Africa and completing his university studies in the United Kingdom, he worked briefly in Finland before spending several years with consulting engineering firms in London and Manchester in the UK. He then worked for a precast concrete manufacturer in Dubai, followed by a move to the Caribbean, where he has lived and worked since 2013.
